Admissions Req:  High school graduates or mature students meeting the following requirements  are encouraged to apply to this apparel construction program!

Explore textile, surface, and garment design in this apparel construction program using various contemporary and traditional media and techniques. These include hand-sewing, garment construction using machine sewing, and fabric construction through knit, weave, and felt, all based on YOUR personal style! Students also gain experiential knowledge in this apparel construction program, through fine craft and design fairs, wholesale trade shows, gallery exhibitions, and fashion shows. But wait, there’s more! This apparel construction program also covers important entrepreneurial skills through grant application and proposal writing workshops, marketing and promotional events, and work reviews. And everything included in this apparel construction program is at an incredibly reasonable cost!! Once you’ve successfully completed this apparel construction program, you will have the foundation to launch your career in the textile and apparel industry, as an independent artist or as part of any number of its business  correlatives!
