Each year, a new theme reflecting global issues will be announced, giving a platform for you to make a difference through photography.The UNESCO Youth Eyes on the Silk Roads photo contest is part of the Organization’s Silk Roads Programme of the Social and Human Sciences Sector encouraging cultural interaction, fostering mutual understanding, and promoting peace among the people living in the regions connected by the Silk Roads.By participating, you can help promote cultural exchange and peace among communities along the Silk Roads, while also standing a chance to win a professional camera in your category. In addition, the 60 best photos will be featured in a professional photo album “Youth Lens on the Silk Roads” and might be showcased in exhibitions held worldwide. The only admission requirement is that you can either be between 14-17 years old or 18-25 years old.
