Vegetarian Resource Group (VRG) is a non-profit which educates the public & professionals on vegetarianism, including issues of health, nutrition, environment, ethics, and world hunger. Whether you are a journalist, English aficionado, activist, nutritionist, or business (wo)man, you can gain skills in your preferred field in this vegetarian internship. Through research, writing, community outreach, and more, you can further your academic skills and career related goals all while making connections within a vegetarian community. You may even be able to get service hours or college credit through this vegetarian internship! Past interns have worked on many interesting projects, including teaching classes on vegan eating at a residential program and helping with the VRG countrywide online restaurant guide.
