YOUTH CHAMPIONS

Program Length: May and June 

Location: Online + 2-weeks in Austria, Switzerland, and Japan

Admissions Req: 18-24 year olds selected based on three letters of recommendation and recent academic transcripts. Application deadline for this disarmament training program is March 18th!

The UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) offers a completely FREE disarmament training program to TEN YOUTH CHAMPIONS. During this disarmament training program, you will receive online training in non-proliferation and arms control, exchange ideas with experts in the field, and experience a two-week study tour in Vienna, Geneva, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki! You also have the opportunity to develop your own plans to engage communities on issues related to arms control during this disarmament training program! Individuals from all over the world with a diverse range of academic backgrounds – from economics to music – are encouraged to apply to this disarmament training program!!
