This program allows students to connect with art, museums, and creative professionals at one of the world’s premier art institutions. The MET Internship immerses students in the daily operations of the museum, offering first hand exposure to the art world while honing their skills and understanding of museum management. This program equips students with invaluable insights and practical experience, fostering their passion for the arts and preparing them for future careers in the cultural and museum sectors.There are 17 different departments you can intern at including design, development, education, engineering, and more! The placement in the MET internship is determined by the intern’s interests and the department’s internship project.
