At The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, high school students can join three free, live AP history courses: AP US History: Hidden Figures, AP African American Studies, and AP US Government and Politics. Each of these AP history courses spans six weeks with one-hour weekly sessions, designed to make AP content engaging and accessible while preparing you for exams. Guided by expert instructors, these classes explore pivotal moments, overlooked figures, and essential documents that shaped the nation. There are no tuition fees, and it’s open to all high school students, making it a perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge without barriers.
