Open to high school seniors and undergraduate students across the U.S., this paid media & tech internship connects passionate, driven students with real-world opportunities in some of today’s most exciting industries. You don’t need prior experience—what matters most is your focus, curiosity, and willingness to grow. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or green card holders, but otherwise, students residing in the program’s 35 states in the US are welcome to apply. Placement selections are made by May 1, but the application timeline can vary by partner each year, so make sure to check out their website for updates each year! Over the course of 8–10 weeks, interns of this media & tech internship are paired with the Foundation’s partner organizations, gaining hands-on training, mentorship, and insider insight into how these fields truly work. From exploring the creative side of media, to understanding the business of entertainment to diving into the innovation of tech, interns step into experiences that expand both skills and confidence with mentors from leading companies such as Comcast and Discovery. While this media & tech internship often runs in the summer, participants may also have the opportunity to continue their involvement across multiple years.
