This coding program is open for international students

Highlight: In today’s world, the coding field is male-dominated. This lack of representation can make you girls feel uninspired. But, if you are a girl interested in the technology field, New-York Historical Society has a coding program just for you!  Tech Scholars Online, exclusively promotes coding for girls. You will learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop your own projects, like games, websites, and apps! In this coding program, you will learn tthe basics and the ins and outs and  how to collaborate in a safe and welcoming all-girl environment. Even better, you will gain hands-on experience and direct mentorship from established women in the field! This is not your traditional coding program, as it’s centred around building projects based on the humanities to make a difference in our society. This coding program is very flexible with various dates and hours, and it’s online! Tech Scholars have had a large impact on all the girls that have attended as 100% of girls have learned to code, and over ⅔ have had a new or deeper interest in entering the IT field. This coding program is dedicated to ensuring that all girls can learn with a pay-what-you-want structure– meaning, you can pay as little as zero dollars!
