Seaside Sustainability

Program Length: Year-round opportunities with a minimum of 15 hours a week to 40 hours weekly for a 5-month term

Location: Mostly virtual with some in-person opportunities in the Gloucester, Massachusetts area.

Admissions Requirements: 

  • Must be a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student from anywhere in the world
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week for 5 months

Highlight: The Seaside Sustainability Internships is a year-round, mostly virtual environmental internship designed for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students who are passionate about the environment. With a flexible time commitment of 15 to 40 hours per week, interns engage in real-world projects focused on climate change, marine science, policy, and sustainability education. Interns can choose a role from one of the many departments, including Climate Action & Advocacy, Green Scholars, Sustainability Consulting, Business Operations , Grant Writing, Human Resources, Marketing & Public Relations, and Website & Technology.
