Highlight: Interested in ocean conservation and being apart of positively impacting communities? If so, the Ocean Bridge program is a three-month marine conservation program that allows students that are doing their undergrad at a Canadian university to gain experience by participating in community service, workshops, discussions, and projects. Participants are able to build leadership skills through collaboration and mentorship while making a real impact on marine ecosystems in remote and rural coastal and watershed environments across Canada. During this marine conservation program, students also have the opportunity to engage in projects that are meaningful to them, while gaining knowledge and making lasting connections with local experts and professionals. If interested, make sure to contact Ocean Bridges or go to the expression of interest form if the apply link isn’t working to become part of a movement dedicated to protecting our waters for future generations!
