By taking part in this 3-month long astronomy-astrophysics competition, you will expand your knowledge in astronomy- astrophysics while testing your creativity and problem-solving skills. By problem-solving skills, we mean literally solving problems… a wide variety of problems. Be sure to check out some of the past problems! Designed for both high school and college/university students from around the world, this astronomy-astrophysics competition helps you explore your passions whilst giving insight on future career paths. If you are under 18, you’ll be competing in the junior division, and if you are over 18, you’ll be competing in the Youth division which is slightly more difficult. To sweeten the deal, winners receive $150 monetary prizes and they gain global recognition for their efforts. And even if you don’t win, it’s okay, you will have gained a ton more knowledge!
