There are plenty of summer programs to join, but here’s why the Anson L Clark Scholars Program at Texas Tech University is the summer program everyone is raving about. Not only is it free to attend, but you get a $500 meal card for the 7 weeks that you’ll be staying there and a $750 stipend at the end of this summer program.
