Eligibility: To be a part of this innovative scholarship, one:

• Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States of America or have a valid student visa.
• Must be registered as a student at an accredited high school, college, or university within the United States ONLY.
• Must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

The The Select Blinds innovative scholarship offers you 2 different ways to put your creative and innovation skills to the test to use and/or improve window coverings…. The first is pretty straightforward: just think of a new way to use window coverings or blinds…with just one little catch: it can’t be for covering for windows; that’s where the “creative” comes in!!. If you prefer using your creative skills more around technology than design, then take option 2 where you tell them about how a new technology that you are interested in that can enhance/improve how window coverings work. Communicate your creative ideas however you want such as in video or picture or essay or infographic format…it’s totally up to you! Additionally, as you play around with creative ideas, you also get the chance to tell them what you are passionate about in a 250-750 word essay by answering one of the provided essay questions.
