Highlight: RBC offers a number of options for financial assistance: The RBC Award grants 175 bursaries at $1000 each to nominated Gr12 students in Atlantic Canada, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario entering their 1st yr of University. Additional potential RBC internship opportunities for past RBC Award recipients who have completed their first year of university are available as well. Other RBC Awards include the Black History Month Student Essay Competition which annually gives prizes of 1@$5,000, 1@$2,500, 1@$1,500 and 10@$500, making February a potentially fruitful month to invest some time in writing!
