Highlight: Are you a high school student in the United States who is interested in physics? Have you been looking for an opportunity for you to learn even more and apply your skills in practical settings? Well, look no further. The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory Internship offers everything you are looking for from professional experience to high level education. Successful interns are given the opportunity to work on a project with a member of Princeton’s research or engineering staff! Although it is not required, the physics program recommends that students have some experience in experimental or computational projects in plasma physics and coding. Moreover, it is recommended that you take all or some of these classes for this physics program: physics, chemistry, advanced math, and engineering. To be eligible for the physics program, students must be at least 16 years old and be a graduating senior when the program starts. The physics program will take place during the academic year after you graduate. If you get an academic year internship, you will need to arrange transportation to and from the lab (housing is not provided). The internship follows a typical Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule.
