Eligibility: Graduating high school student seniors in Canada who plan to enroll in a STEM program at a partner university.

Application Deadline: High schools must submit nominees for this STEM scholarship by the end of January, and nominees submit their application by end of February.

Well, the Schulich Leader Scholarship may be the right opportunity for you. This STEM scholarship aims to assist students that have a passion in STEM, by offering scholarships to STEM programs in 20 partner universities in Canada. Students graduating from high school in Canada can be nominated by their high school if they have great academic excellence and leadership, with focus areas in technology, engineering, entrepreneurship and business enterprise, or applied scientific research. With over 300,000 candidates, 1,500 nominees and 100 winners, there is very steep competition amongst students, but the funding awards are pretty huge as well! If selected, nominated students can win between $100,000-150,000 (CAD), and each Schulich leader will have access to many other benefits as well, including network events, access to top STEM employers, mentorship opportunities, and more!
