These online courses don’t filter one specific age group or academic level because you can take classes from any experience level and they’re all free. By taking these courses, you could boost your knowledge in a particular subject and it might prepare you for future college related experiences.  There are many companies that specialize in these online courses, some being Coursera, EdX, Udemy, Udacity. These companies get video lectures from renowned universities, big and small, from across the nation (think Stanford, Harvard, Yale) and present them as online courses to increase one’s knowledge in a particular interest.
