This is where the Hansen Leadership Institute comes in! This three week leadership program teaches its members methods to mediate conflicts, improve public speaking, and more useful social skills which can be applied to real world situations! All of these are taught with hands on, face-to-face, interactive learning style with an emphasis on group activities and bonding.  To apply to this leadership program, you must be between 20-25 years of age, be a university student or recent graduate, possess English proficiency, possess a valid passport or US visa (for international students), or be a US citizen (for American applicants). This leadership program takes place in sunny San Diego, California and its application deadline for US applicants is mid March, while the deadline for international students is mid-January.
