Focus on Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Indigenous students (underrepresented in tech)

Admissions Deadline: Applications are currently open early April and are due mid-June. The specific dates may vary depending on the year; the application open date and due date may change to later in the year.

Highlight: Do you have a passion for coding but feel as if it is out of reach? Perhaps you need more resources for coding? Well look no further! Google’s Code Next program is designed for students who need extra resources in order to shine in this field! This coding program is completely free and provides access to advanced equipment such as 3D printers, VR, and robotics all while allowing you to work on real world projects. In order to do this coding program, you must live near Oakland or Inglewood California, Detroit Michigan, or Chelsea New York. If you do not live near these areas, fear not! This coding program includes Code next affiliates which will support your local robotics programs. This coding program is open for high schoolers grades 9-12 and its application is open from April to June 30th! Be sure to apply to this helpful and resourceful coding program in order to maximize your coding skills and knowledge!
