Step-by-step guide, including a free online course through Univ. of Colorado (w/ awe-inspiring Dr. Jane) affirming how every single contribution and choice does make a difference. Projects are supported from the initial stages of mapping and generating ideas through implementation, recording results, and evaluating project impact on the community and on individual team members. Opportunity to expand role in the US by applying to the National Youth Leadership Council
