Eligibility: Ontario high school students applying to publicly funded Canadian College or University; requirements include submitting transcripts, a letter of reference from both high school and community organization, and letter of acceptance from the college or university

Application Deadline: April. (Winner announced in June).

Highlight: Meridian created this scholarship to recognize their CEO, Sean Jackson’s excellence as a business and local leader who tirelessly worked to better his community. This scholarship is awarded to an Ontario high school student each year who has demonstrated academic success (>80% average) in addition to making a positive impact on his /her community through initiative or innovation.
